To All Midget Age Players,
 
As a requirement of Hockey Canada, the NOHA and OHF, any midget-aged or minor player who wishes to try out for a Junior team, MUST obtain a Minor to Junior Permission To Skate Form from their league before they will be allowed on the ice at the tryout.
